PARTS

1. At Mount Carmel Auto we will supply all necessary parts. As a bonus 90% of all the parts we buy come with a full warranty. 
2. There is no mark up parts. We sell you parts for the same price that you would pay if you went to the store yourself. 
3. You can purchase your own engine and transmission. However, if you supply your own engine and/or transmission, the total labor cost must be paid upfront. NO EXCEPTIONS!

WARRANTY 

1. Most repairs come with a parts and Labor Warranty. Either 30 Days, 60 Days, 1 or 2 years. WOW!!! (See bottom of your receipt)
2. Engines and Transmissions that we supply and install come with a 60 Day parts and labor warranty.
3. All Warranty work must have a receipt NO EXCEPTION! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR PROPERLY FILLED IN RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

RELEASE:

1. Sorry we do not release vehicles without payment in full. NO EXCEPTIONS!

PICK-UPS:

1. Please pick up your vehicle within 48 hrs of completion of the repairs. 
2. We are not responsible for damage done to vehicles 48 hrs after repairs are completed. 
3. After 48 hrs we charge $25.00 per day storage.
4. After 10 Days your vehicle we be deemed abandoned and it may be towed from our lot at an additional fee.
5. If your vehicle is towed and/or deemed abandoned we will pursue applicable laws to take possession of your vehicle. 

REFUNDS:

1. Absolutely no refunds on any labor that has already been performed. NO EXCEPTIONS!
